The University has distinguished researchers who have international expertise in a wide range of management such as operations, accounting, finance, international business strategy, operational research, marketing, human resource management and supply chain management. A team of two supervisors will be allocated to each student that will guide about the nature of research, the standard of work required, and the literature and sources to be consulted to conduct research.
Description
The University aims to prepare students to find ways to overcome day-to-day challenges faced by the business world, therefore it provides an opportunity to PhD candidates to meet their supervisors once in a month to discuss their work. Supervisors keep guiding candidates so that they can research without a hitch. Students can be based either at the Canterbury or Medway campus depending on where their first supervisors are based.
